Our team and shop has the ability to custom fabricate every aspect of equipment needed for your production facility. From tanks, to frac equipment, to our flares, ASME code (and non) vessels – we can do it all.

We will work closely with you and your team throughout the entirety of the specification and design process to build exactly what you need.

During the process we will provide all necessary information including written specifications, drawings, P&ID, and whatever else is needed. We will continuously follow up to ensure there is nothing that is left to question, and what is built and delivered is what was requested.

We also have the capability to design based on provided scope of work and specifications if there is a standard that is established. Whatever you need, we’ve got you covered.

SIZING

Based on specifications provided with volumes, composition, heat radiation, and facility design, we will size the proper piece equipment for your operations.

CONSTRUCTION

Whether you prefer us deliver in pieces or provide full construction – we’ve got you covered during the entirety of the process including all necessary equipment.

COMMISSIONING

Kalos OFS can provide the testing, commissioning, and start-up of any equipment provide, if preferred by the customer.

SERVICE

We have technicians local to all major plays to service the equipment we provide in the field. Custom maintenance plans are available to all our customers.
